To prioritize safe and efficient cadet drop-off and pick-up, the following procedure is mandatory for all Monday Training Nights.

Traffic flow is one-way per the above diagram for both drop-off and pick-up. To ensure the safety of the cadets there are no exceptions to this.

• There are no left turns permitted to and from No. 4 Road

• Max speed is 10km/h

• Lot C is off-limits to all except for Adult Staff, the Squadron Sponsoring Committee (SSC) Members, and self-driving Senior Cadets

• Everyone must do the one-way traffic loop when visiting Sherman Armoury, no exceptions or shortcuts. Follow the instructions of the volunteer staff in the parking lot.

• Not following the instructions may result in you being barred from entering the parking lot and your cadet having to walk to Sherman Armoury from elsewhere.

Drop-Off (Beginning of Night), cadets arrive between 1730 and 1800 depending on their individual timings.

• Cadets can be dropped off either in Lot A or at the Drop-Off Zone

Pick-Up (End of Night) is moved to a staggered approach. Parents shall arrive AT OR AFTER the designated time and remain in their vehicles, parking in either Lot A or B.

• Flights #1 & #2: 9:15pm

• Flights #3 & #4: 9:30pm

• Flight #5 (Duty Flight) + Seniors: 9:40pm

• Flights will rotate through the timings weekly per the schedule below. 28-Sep-26, 05-Oct-2026, are 19-Oct-2026 are modified to account for New Recruits prior to their flighting.​
