Due to ongoing construction and the need to prioritize safe and efficient cadet drop-off and pick-up, the following procedure is now effective immediately for all Monday Training Nights.

Traffic flow is per the above diagram for both drop-off and pick-up. To ensure the safety of the cadets there are no exceptions to this.

• There are no left turns permitted onto and from No. 4 Road

• Max speed is 10km/h

• Lot C is off-limits to all except for Adult Staff, the Squadron Sponsoring Committee (SSC) Members, and self-driving Senior Cadets

• Everyone must do the entire loop when visiting Sherman Armoury, no exceptions or shortcuts.

Drop-Off (Beginning of Night) timings remains as before, with cadets arriving between 1730 and 1800 depending on their individual timings.

• Drop-off area is designated in the purple Drop-Off Zone, by Lot B.

• Cadets will walk around the North and Western parts of the armoury to enter by the Front Door, via the paved sidewalk (blue dashed line)

Pick-Up (End of Night) is moved to a staggered approach. Parents shall arrive AT OR AFTER the designated time and remain in their vehicles, parking in either Lot A or B.

• Flights #1 & #2: 9:20pm

• Flights #3 & #4: 9:40pm

• Flight #5 (Duty Flight) + Seniors: 9:50pm

• Flights will rotate through the timings weekly per the schedule below​
