While others their age are enjoying their last few days of summer vacation, our 655 Senior NCOs were participating in Professional Development Workshops to prepare for the upcoming Training Year!
Over the 3-day long weekend, our Seniors developed, planned, and prepped for all the awesome activities 655 run throughout the year. Additionally, our Seniors honed their instructional skills through practicing some new creative ways to teach our program! These creative techniques include making a miniature airport, creating an Aviation Card Game, and having a interactive Range flip-book guide!
These small innovations, and their hard work, make evident how dedicated young leaders can make something amazing.
655 is now ready to take on the new Training Year!
